AUNG MINGALAR SHAN NOODLE

Aung Mingalar Shan Noodle Shop is one of best Shan food restaurant in Yangon. It is located in Yangon downtown. It is very near Shan kitchen restaurant.
It was also aired on Korea TV show.

The shop was full of guests and had to wait because of the large number of guests. It was a bit difficult to order because of a lot of guests.

There are many different menus from appetizers to noodles. I ordered a famous fried dumpling and shan noodle salad pork at this restaurant.

AUNG MINGALAR SHANDLE SHOP'S FRIED DUMPLING AND SHAN NOODLE SALAD

The dumplings were really delicious as the reputation. One side was crispy and the other was soft. When I ate it with soy sauce, it was amazing.

Shan noodles were delicious too. If you mix the noodles well, you can taste the flavor of the unique Shan Noodle.

CONCLUSION

It was a really good meal and a taste that came to mind again. The nearby Shan Kitchen was also delicious, but the Aung Mingalar Shan Noodle House has its own taste. Dumplings are a little expensive at 5,000 kyat. But 2-3 people can eat together.
If you want to have authentic Shan foods in Yangon, I would definitely recommend this shop.
