XI YANG YANG
XI YANG YANG is one of the famous XIAO LONG BAO restaurants in Yangon. There are three branches in Yangon and I visited Sanchaung branch.
On the ground floor, restaurant staffs were making dumplings and steaming dumplings at the corner.
The restaurant was clean, well maintained and had a delicious smell.
XI YANG YANG XIAO LONG BAO MENU AND PRICE
Not only Xiao long Bao, but also various dumplings and Chinese food. The price was also very reasonable.
I ordered Xiao long Bao and fried dumplings.
XIAO LONG BAO AND FRIED DUMPLING IN XI YANG YANG
Xiao Long Bao was full of juicy. The shrimp and pork went well with the gravy and the ingredients were fresh and it was really delicious.
1.Gently lift a Xiao long bao from the steamer and put it on the spoon.
2.Use chopsticks to create a small hole in the bun.
3.Let the soup come out into the spoon.
4.Drink the soup from the spoon.
5.Eat the Xiao long bao with sauce.
Fried dumplings were also amazingly delicious. The outside was crispy and full of ingredients. It was a bit oily for me. But when I ate with the sauce, taste was great.
CONCLUSION
You can feel the authentic Xiao long bao in XI YANG YANG. The dumplings were really delicious too. If I eat Xiao long bao in Yangon again, I will visit this restaurant without hesitation. The price was reasonable and the staffs were friendly.
Next time I really want to order other dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.
