CHEN ZHONG NOODLE HOUSE
Chen Zhong noodle house is located between Yangon Chinatown 17th street and 18th street. There are many restaurant and entertainment in Chinatown. This shop is a bit small but many people visit this noodle shop.
The interior is simple and the walls have menus. Even you don’t know Burmese or Chinese , You can order.
CHEN ZHONG MENU AND PRICE
As the shop name, most of the menus are noodle and Hong Kong-style. I ordered pork broth noodles and steamed dumplings.
PORK BROTH NOODLE AND STEAMED DUMPLINGS
The noodles were unusually slightly twisted and the broad noodles were chewy and delicious. The broth was a little bit spicy and blended well with the noodles. The broth continued to boil outside, so it tasted deep.
I like dumplings better than noodles. The ingredients were also delicious and the noodles were more delicious with dumplings.
CONCLUSION
It was not a very good taste for me, but it’s more than average and there are many restaurants in the Yangon Chinatown area, but if you’re looking for Hong Kong-style noodles, it might be a good time to visit.
