Nourish cafe Yangon is located in Yangon downtown. If you know the PARK ROYAL HOTEL YANGON, you can find more easier. The store is across from the Park Royal Hotel and you can find a nourish cafe by going straight on the right side of the street. People who are new to Yangon may find it a bit difficult to find a cafe.
The cafe was already full of guests, and there was not enough space so I joined with other guests. The interior was calm and bright in a neat modern style.
You can see some cakes and some foods in the showcase beside the counter. At the corner they sell yoga clothes and goods.
There are various menu in Nourish cafe. All the food menus looked delicious and healthy. I chose a meal combo set, which also had many options. I ordered israeli sabich pita, banana nut muffins, mint lime soda.
Israeli sabich pita – Thinly sliced eggplant and tofu fried in olive oil, hummus, tabbouleh, cabbage, pickles, tahini dressing in soft pita.
In short, it was a healthy taste. Of course, it was delicious. It was fresh with lots of vegetables and the tofu inside was really good.
The chocolate-coated banana muffin was sweet and had banana flavor, and the walnut was savory.
Mint lime soda had a refreshing taste and it had no sugar.
If you are a vegetarian, you should try to eat at this restaurant. Even if you are not a vegetarian, the food is very fresh and healthy, so try it once. The staffs were friendly and the they spoke English very fluently. If you are looking for a healthy and vegetarian food in Yangon downtown, I would recommend this shop.
