SHAN NOODLE
The shan noodle is one of traditional Myanmar food. This noodle is from Shan state of Myanmar. Shan noodle is made of rice noodle, meat and vegetable. There are many kinds of Shan noodle. It is simply classified into salad type and soup type.

This 999 shan noodle shop has not only shan noodles but also other various shan foods and Myanmar traditional foods. I wanted to order fried tofu and tofu paste noodle. But they were already sold out. Instead of these I ordered shan noodle salad with chicken and green tea leaves salad(larpet thoke).
SHAN NOODLE SALAD AND GREEN TEA LEAVES SALAD
The shan noodle was great. First I felt slightly sour taste. Actually I was strange flavor for me. But after I mix noodles and sauce well, it was amazing taste.
The side dish is sour mustard carrot. It was just like Korean Kimchi. It was sour and salty.
This green tea leaves salad is my favorite food in Myanmar. It has many flavors in this food. It was sour, bitter, nutty…
There were fermented tea leaves, dried prawns, beans, tomato and so on. Not only this shop, you must try this food.
conclusion
Like the reputation of this shop, the foods were so good.
Price is reasonable. I paid total 4,900 kyats. Because of many customers, I had to wait long for food . But for the tasty food, I could wait.
