NOVOTEL YANGON MAX HOTEL
THE NOVOTEL HOTEL is one of famous hotel chain. It is located in Kamayut township Pyay road 459. The Pyay road is one of main road in Yangon. I visited to eat here for their seafood buffet.

The square restaurant is located in 5floor of Novotel Yangon max hotel. The seafood buffet open every friday from 6pm to 10pm. The price is 37 usd include tax. But this price is not included for alcohol beverage.

Seafood Heaven!
There were so many kinds of Seafood here.
There were so many steamed prawns, lobsters, snow crabs, mussel.. They were soft and not salty. It was natural seafood tasty.
Live cooking section. When I choose some fish, meat and vegetable, they cook on the spot.
I ate BBQ salmon, lobster, shrimp. It was amazing. Lobster bbq was very tender and juicy. Fish bbq was little chewy for me.
Because this buffet was for seafood, most of dishes were seafood and fish. But there were some steaks and other foods.
I ate roasted lamb and beef. They were so tender and delicious.
Tuna tataki was very nice and fresh. There were many cheese and ham.
Cakes, donuts, breads, fruits and ice cream. You can enjoy so many dessert and sweet. And you can order soft drink and coffee.
conclusion
I was totally satisfied with this buffet restaurant. The foods were so fresh and delicious. When you want to eat a seafood a lot, you must go here. the price is 37usd. But it was worthy.
