WHAT IS A PHO?
Pho is Vietnamese noodles. This is one of representative Vietnamese cuisine. It is made of broth, meat,vegetable and rice noodle. According to your taste, you can choose meat and put various herbs.
SAI GON PHO YANGON
Sai Gon Pho is located Yaw Min Gyi street. It is near Yangon downtown. The restaurant was hygienic and well decorated. The shop was modern style and bright.
SAI GON PHO MENU
There are many kinds of Vietnamese food and drink in the menu. As main dish is Pho in this shop, I ordered Beef noodle soup – rare slice beef filet and rice paper roll.
BEEF NOODLE SOUP AND RICE PAPER ROLL IN SAI GON PHO
The rice paer roll had noodle,vegetable,prawn with rice paper. It was so fresh and delicious. It was light dish so it was great as an appetizer.
It was amazing and authentic taste. The broth was thick gravy. I expected slice beef but it was chopped. The noodle was flat rice noodle. It was fantastic taste. I put all herb leaves and lime. I felt more flavor.

If you crave Vietnamese food in Yangon, this shop is good choice. Foods were delicious and authentic taste. Price was reasonable. I paid total 10,800 kyats include tax.
The staffs were very kind and helpful. I will visit again next time.
